Yoga and Reflexology November 18, 2020
Reflexology is ancient therapy that applies pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. Learn how to apply basic techniques on yourself to alleviate stress and anxiety, become more grounded, relaxed, and have an overall sense of well being. These pressure points activate a release of toxic emotions that we may be carrying and aren't even aware of.
This class will include yoga with Amanda to ground and balance our energy, and everyone will receive a reflexology session with Janee as well as instructions on the basic principles. Be able to apply the basics to yourself and gain a general knowledge of reflexology and its origin.
Janee Herring is a licensed aesthetician and Amanda is a licensed yoga teacher RYT 200.
Cost: $20
